Trilogue Studio has been set up to explore the unique interests of its Founding partners in the field of Design, Technology and Sustainability. It brings almost 50 years of combined experience of its founders to projects. The experience, being diverse and multi-disciplinary, enables Trilogue to independently design projects of varying types, sizes and complexity.

  • Our concern for the environment is paramount and we aim to make all projects Sustainable. Moving beyond mere lip service, there will be a genuine attempt to make all projects as responsive to the greater environmental context as possible.

  • Projects will be a seamless Integration of Architecture, Services and Landscape to create a functionally efficient whole.

  • Project design and delivery will use the most appropriate Technologies in design engineering and construction.

MASTER PLANNING

Master Planning services include Site planning, Urban Design, Phasing strategy, development potential, site development, open space and road networks, utilities planning and distribution.

ARCHITECTURE

Architectural Design will encompass concept design, through design development, statutory drawings, tendering, Good for Construction documents, services coordination upto As-Built drawings and details, addressing user requirements, functionality, aesthetics and socio-cultural aspects of the building.

INTERIOR DESIGN

Interior layouts, furniture, material finishes and colour palette, mood boards, lighting, integrating low side service, false ceiling design, specifications and detailed drawings form part of the Interior Design services.

SUSTAINABLE DESIGN

Recommendation of energy savings measures through active and passive means. Daylight analysis, solar heat gain, water balancing, storm water and waste management and air quality will be addressed to achieve an environmentally responsible building.
