The proposed interior facility for HCL technologies in Bangalore , with an area of 70,000 sqft spread across seventh and eighth floor. This building is already in use facility with where only the function of the building, the existing services shall be retained and the proposed facility shall be availing the existing facility and the necessary additional services shall be tapped from the existing as per requirement. The major axis of the building is east- west, hence more windows are provided in east and west side providing ample light inside the building. The interior of the building has been planned for office and design development with minimalism as a concept. In this concept, the interior spaces of ODC’s, conference rooms, nap rooms, breakout, cafeteria are made vibrant, planned with combination of grid and gypsum open ceiling , stretch ceiling, acoustic baffle with services integrated.
