The proposed customer experience center is located in Noida, at Tower 6, 9th Floor, HCL SEZ, Sector 126, Noida, with an area of 133 sqmts approximately. The interior space is divided into different zones for customer interaction such as the welcome zone, people/ insight zone, solution/outcome zone & feedback zone. The zones are characterized by different ceiling finishes such as wooden ribs & open ceiling. Laser-cut screen walls allow physical separation but retained the overall spatial feel. The colour palette  was both formal and inviting to the customers. It includes digital touch screens with mediascape and discussion tables to conduct interactive sessions with the visitors and guests.
