MIPALLOY is a leading copper alloy manufacturer.  They have a built up area of …. Sqm in their existing facility at Irugattukotai.  This project is an expansion of this facility.  The building is a Pre-engineered building structure with cold formed steel stanchions, rafters and clad with colour coated galvalume sheet.  The roof is bare galvalume with a 0.52mm TCT.  The eaves height is 9M and typical column bay spacing is 6M.  The colour scheme and façade design is similar to the existing facility.Separate DGs, Transformers and electrical utilities are planned.  Fire fighting infrastructure has been planned for the entire facility.  The existing UG sump will supply water to this expansion as well.
