Park Centre, a commercial building envisioned for SSPDL, proudly graces Demonte Colony in Chennai. This innovative structure not only serves as a functional commercial space but also integrates seamlessly with its surroundings, offering panoramic views of the adjacent park. Park Centre is a testament to sustainable design practices, aiming for an IGBC Gold certification.
The building stands tall with four floors of uninterrupted office space. The core of the structure is positioned at one end, providing a cohesive layout for efficient operations. The exterior showcases a blend of modern design elements, featuring horizontal glazing bands with fin walls that not only enhance the building’s aesthetics but also contribute to energy efficiency. Interspersed with these glazing bands are carefully incorporated brick finishes, adding a touch of warmth and character to the building.
